This summer was my tenth time at Larmer Tree festival! Its one of the first festivals that I ever went to and I love it for its great family atmosphere and ridiculously clean site. It has definitely got a different vibe to most of the festivals I visit but the crowd is super friendly and there's a massive array of workshops and fun activities to get involved in.
Larmer Tree also boasts a really eclectic line-up spread over several different stages. This year I really really enjoyed it and got to see some of my firm favourites from the festival circuit as well as being introduced to some new artists. Amoungst my highlights were Frank Turner, Gentleman's Dub Club, Hudson Taylor, Peggy Sue, Dreadzone, The Selecter, Steve Knightley, Beans on Toast & Will Varley.

That's so cool that you were there too, I'd never heard of Larmer Tree til I went this year. However I was there to work, I was face painting in the children's area.
ReplyDeleteIt was still cool to catch some bands and wander round the forested areas at night though. Such a creative festival!
