Sorry for the lateness of this post! Blogger hasn't been my friend lately and wouldn't let me upload any pictures, however now that it's all working so I've got loads to share from my recent trip to London :)
If you are a regular reader you will know that I love a good vintage shop! From Bristol to Birmingham, fairs to pop-up shops, I love a good rummage and I'm always interested in a bit of up-cycling. On my trip to London last week my gorgeous friend Claire (the cutie in the hat in the pictures below) took me for a whizz around Brick Lane to see all the gorgeous, quirky shops.
We visited Rokit, Vintage Store, Vintage Basement as well as a few more and then ended at Blitz (which is the world's largest vintage department store) for a cuppa, a slice of cake and a chat with the lovely staff in there. Aside from all of the lovely clothes and accessories, there was a lot of other eye candy in the form of the immaculately and quirkily dressed shops and also the walls were filled with street art. A few pieces were by the same artists that you can see on Nelson Street in Bristol which I've written about before. We then rushed off to go and help set up for The Field Guide launch party which I'll post more about soon.
